Salima Hashmi:
Salima Hashmi is one of the pioneer woman artists in Pakistan; Painter, professor. She belongs to first generation of Women artist in Pakistani. She worked in National College of Arts (NCA) as a professor for 30 years and 4 years as a dean. She has her own art gallery where she teaches and displays young students work. She traveled in many countries for art shows. She has organized many international art shows in England, Australia, United States, Japan, Europe and India and delivered lectures on art. She is the daughter of well-renowned poet Faiz Ahmed Faiz. She worked in many mediums and art material. She truly an inspiration for our artistic youth. Anna Molka Ahmed:
Anna Molka Ahmed is great of Women artist in Pakistan. She worked on thick impasto impressions capture the very essence of sunshine. She gives her life several years to Punjab University Fine Arts Department; her work in the field of art education is incalculable. She was awarded Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, The President’s Medal for Pride of Performance, and the Khudeja Tul Khubra Medal. She sets up a Fine Arts Department for girls at the Punjab University in 1940.
Zubeida Agha:
Undouble Zubeida Agha is a pioneer of modern art and a great Modern painters and Women artist in Pakistan. She had the determination and courage to start a modern style of painting in the 1940s.Zubeida Agha the conceptual aspects of modernism. she worked with many painters in past e.g. Mario Perlingeri, an Italian painter war prisoner in India at that time, B. C. Sanyal from 1944 to 1946. She also was influenced by the works of Picasso. Zubeida Agha was one of the great colorist painters in the history of Pakistani painting. She uses color to give depth and powerful meaning to her paintings she has very strong imagination power. She proved herself leading Women artist in Pakistan.
